Thomas Professional Engineering had the opportunity to work with Tulane on a contemporary renovation of the Tulane Hillel's Mintz Center located in the heart of Uptown New Orleans.

First constructed in 1925 as the "Fairhope Hotel," this landmark has truly stood the test of time. 

We're honored to reclaim the 100-year heritage of this historic safe haven, and we tip our hats to our partners who share this vision.

302 E Railroad Avenue has officially kicked off in Independence, LA. This two-story bricked historic renovation is a perfect blend of mixed-use, leveraging first floor commercial tenant spaces with second floor apartments. 

The finishing touch? A back of house Art Studio!
