Scope included modernizing building infrastructure across 85+ patient rooms and a full commercial kitchen, leveraging advanced energy modeling to support energy tax credit opportunities. Collaborated with GOAT Architecture, Electrical Design Solutions, Hoskins Homes, and American Safety to enhance local healthcare facilities.

First constructed in 1925 as the "Fairhope Hotel," this 100-year-old property is being revitalized into an energy-efficient boutique hotel. Scope included modernizing building infrastructure while preserving historic structural integrity, designed in collaboration with Watershed (Architect).

Mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering for the adaptive reuse and historic conversion of a former Ford Motor Company assembly plant into luxury loft apartments in Dothan, Alabama.

Scope included designing custom HVAC, ventilation, and utility routing to preserve original historical features, such as the Model T assembly track and large storefront windows, while delivering high-performance modern living spaces. Executed as Engineer of Record during previous tenure with Albert Architecture.
