We're making great progress on the assisted living care facility at 535 Commerce Street in Gretna, Louisiana.

Our team, including GOAT Architecture, Electrical Design Solutions, and Hoskins Homes, is working hard to bring this project to the finish line. We're fully renovating the existing facility, which includes modernizing more than 85 patient rooms and the commercial kitchen.

We're excited to see this project come together and are proud to be part of the team improving healthcare facilities in our community.

First constructed in 1925 as the "Fairhope Hotel," this landmark has truly stood the test of time. 

We're honored to reclaim the 100-year heritage of this historic safe haven, and we tip our hats to our partners who share this vision.

302 E Railroad Avenue has officially kicked off in Independence, LA. This two-story bricked historic renovation is a perfect blend of mixed-use, leveraging first floor commercial tenant spaces with second floor apartments. 

The finishing touch? A back of house Art Studio!
